What you will do

• Shape and deliver corporate and employer narratives to increase engagement across internal and external channels.
• Manage and evolve corporate communication channels, including the website, LinkedIn, and internal events.
• Lead the development of communication strategies and editorial content aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with executive leaders to create clear, consistent, and engaging communications for diverse audiences.
• Support reputation management and media relations by working with agency partners and stakeholders.
• Line manage one direct report, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

Requirements

• Proven ability to develop clear corporate narratives and translate complex ideas into engaging content.
• Experience managing corporate communication channels, including websites and social platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to partner with senior leadership.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content production in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using data and audience insights to measure impact and shape strategies.
• Experience developing content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
