Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the UK; office attendance in Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, or Leeds is required at least 2 days per week)
Salary: £61,344 – £68,160 per annum

What you will do
- Act as a communications partner to leaders within the People & Places/Group HR function, providing strategic advice and delivery support.
- Translate complex organizational change and priorities into clear, accessible, and human stories for colleagues.
- Develop and execute communication plans aligned with transformation, colleague experience, and functional priorities.
- Support leadership in communicating change effectively and authentically, including strategic resets.
- Plan and deliver high-impact moments such as all-colleague calls, leadership events, and cross-Group campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools responsibly to improve the pace, quality, and efficiency of drafting and planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate communications role, spanning both internal and external communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Confidence in engaging and adapting communication styles for senior stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and a curious approach to the application of AI tools.
- Ability to adhere to a hybrid work pattern (minimum 40% of time in office).

- Experience supporting large-scale change or transformation activity.
- Experience managing communications around sensitive societal or reputational matters.
- Ability to use data, insight, and feedback to drive communication decisions.
- Experience working within large, complex corporate organizations.
