What you will do

• Maintain accurate property records regarding acquisition, receiving, movement, storage, and disposition.
• Create and manage property disposition schedules using government applications and detailed spreadsheets.
• Lead the annual inventory campaign and coordinate property close-out tasks.
• Prepare and submit property reports to leadership, ensuring data accuracy via Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with Program Offices and Procurement to resolve actions related to incoming property.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret security clearance.
• Work on-site in Cambridge, MA.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• 0-3 years of progressive property experience.
• Advanced skill level in Excel, including proficiency with pivot tables and v-lookup functions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
• Current NPMA certification at the CPPS level or higher.
• Direct experience with the control and accountability of government property.
