What you will do
- Develop and maintain a partner messaging framework rooted in the company narrative for resellers and technology alliances.
- Lead partner communication strategy, including the editorial calendar and production of the partner newsletter.
- Create and audit copy for the partner portal, including onboarding materials and benefit summaries.
- Own the communication and enablement plans for new channel program launches, tiers, and incentives.
- Produce various partner-facing assets such as one-pagers, co-branded templates, and sales aids.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, partner marketing, or channel communications, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Proven experience developing messaging frameworks or brand voice guidelines.
- Track record of executing launch communications and go-to-market programs.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Must be based in the US, Canada, or UK
Nice to have
- Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem or marketplace partner programs.
- Familiarity with channel structures (MDF, deal registration, co-selling).
- Experience with partner enablement platforms or LMS tools.
