What you will do

• Develop and maintain a partner messaging framework rooted in the company narrative for resellers and technology alliances.
• Lead partner communication strategy, including the editorial calendar and production of the partner newsletter.
• Create and audit copy for the partner portal, including onboarding materials and benefit summaries.
• Own the communication and enablement plans for new channel program launches, tiers, and incentives.
• Produce various partner-facing assets such as one-pagers, co-branded templates, and sales aids.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, partner marketing, or channel communications, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Proven experience developing messaging frameworks or brand voice guidelines.
• Track record of executing launch communications and go-to-market programs.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Must be based in the US, Canada, or UK

Nice to have

• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem or marketplace partner programs.
• Familiarity with channel structures (MDF, deal registration, co-selling).
• Experience with partner enablement platforms or LMS tools.
