What you will do

• Own the end-to-end blog operations, including the editorial calendar, briefs, editing, and publishing.
• Drive the SEO strategy via keyword research, on-page optimization, and content gap analysis to improve rankings.
• Manage and lead search agency partnerships to scale content production while maintaining high quality.
• Conceptualize, write, and manage the creator economy newsletter.
• Build and evolve AI-native content and SEO workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, and LLMs.
• Track organic performance and align content output with top-of-funnel business impact.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the creator economy, including the specific challenges and decisions creators face.
• Strong editorial and copywriting skills with the ability to sharpen and refine content.
• Advanced SEO expertise, including a working understanding of how AI/LLM discovery is changing search.
• Experience managing agencies or freelance writers to deliver high-quality results.
• Ability to connect content metrics (traffic, engagement) to business outcomes.
