What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Maintain and quality-control global reference databases for financial products.
• Ensure accurate pricing and evaluation, interacting with market data vendors.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
• Troubleshoot report performance and data issues while supporting deployment and testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting SSRS reports in a production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Toronto, ON.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or quantitative fields.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM.
• Working knowledge of VBA, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Experience with market data vendors like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, or IHS Markit.
• Familiarity with Advent Geneva.
