What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Public and Private Sector markets.
- Build and maintain a healthy, forecastable sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
- Engage senior decision-makers and translate business challenges into solution-based value propositions.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to shape winning proposals and tender responses.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from initial opportunity identification to final contract signature.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and revenue reporting within CRM tools.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in technology solutions sales.
- Proven success selling into both Public Sector and Private Sector environments.
- Experience selling complex, solution-based offerings and managing formal procurement processes (RFPs, RFQs, and tenders).
- Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities.
- Ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage complex buying committees.
- Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and closing skills.
Nice to have
- Experience selling software, platforms, or managed technology solutions.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance (GRC), or operational systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and delivery teams.
- Deep understanding of Public Sector regulatory and procurement environments.
