What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Public and Private Sector markets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, forecastable sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
  • Engage senior decision-makers and translate business challenges into solution-based value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to shape winning proposals and tender responses.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from initial opportunity identification to final contract signature.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and revenue reporting within CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in technology solutions sales.
  • Proven success selling into both Public Sector and Private Sector environments.
  • Experience selling complex, solution-based offerings and managing formal procurement processes (RFPs, RFQs, and tenders).
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles and manage complex buying committees.
  • Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and closing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling software, platforms, or managed technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance (GRC), or operational systems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and delivery teams.
  • Deep understanding of Public Sector regulatory and procurement environments.
