Location: Remote (Must be based in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, or Ghana)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional B2B sales strategies across African markets.
  • Identify and attract new operator clients and manage a structured commercial pipeline.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the regional sales team to achieve revenue KPIs.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with operators and industry partners.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and conferences.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience and at least 1 year of team management experience.
  • Strong background in iGaming, specifically with aggregators, providers, or platforms.
  • Proven experience and deep understanding of key operators and market specifics in Africa.
  • Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Must be located in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, or Ghana.

Nice to have

  • Existing professional network within the African iGaming ecosystem.
  • Experience launching products in emerging markets.
  • Experience working with crypto-based compensation models.
