What you will do

• Perform thorough analysis of borrower credit, employment, income, and assets.
• Assemble and verify complete loan packages for underwriting submission.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and ensure accuracy of 1008 and 1003 forms.
• Review files for compliance with mortgage regulations including RESPA, TIL, and HMDA.
• Coordinate with loan originators, underwriters, and third-party vendors to clear documentation requirements.
• Train and mentor new processing personnel.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Proficiency with Encompass loan origination software
• Strong working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage pipelines and meet strict deadlines
