What you will do

• Review and process new brokerage applications and account setups.
• Handle daily processing of contributions and asset movement tasks.
• Perform suitability reviews for new accounts to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage outstanding customer requests and provide status updates to clients.
• Draft professional correspondence and assist with recurring audits and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience in brokerage services or financial operations.
• Active FINRA 7, 24, and 63 registrations required.
• Must complete FINRA fingerprinting.
• Must have reliable high-speed wired internet connection for remote work.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetX 360 or Pershing platforms.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
