Systems Engineer

Location: Krakow, Poland. Candidates must be authorized to work in Poland full-time without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Build and implement scalable, reliable infrastructure and applications aligned with business goals.
• Administer and support Windows Server/Desktop, GCP, AWS, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, Mimecast, and VMware.
• Manage IAM, user provisioning and deprovisioning, access requests, SSO, and MFA across cloud platforms.
• Coordinate cloud infrastructure with attention to cost efficiency, performance, scalability, compliance, and security.
• Automate deployments, routine tasks, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Document systems, diagrams, procedures, and resolutions while supporting compliance and occupational health and safety practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent IT qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in IT, network administration, or systems administration.
• MCITP certification with 3+ years of equivalent Systems Engineer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft server and desktop operating systems.
• Basic understanding of switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and authorization to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in large enterprise environments.
• CCNA, Security+, or CISSP certifications.
• Experience supporting training or R&D environments.
