What you will do

• Transform complex portfolio data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Maintain a holistic view of risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple programs.
• Challenge delivery teams constructively to ensure course correction and success.
• Shape portfolio plans and balance resource allocation and delivery pace.
• Lead governance initiatives that add value and streamline ways of working.
• Automate reporting and simplify processes to raise delivery standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a PMO, ePMO, or portfolio environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Ability to build trust and challenge stakeholders effectively.
• Must have the right to work in the UK as the role requires background checks including credit and CIFAS.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience with Power BI.
