What you will do

• Monitor industry legislation changes and compliance trends to initiate necessary actions.
• Execute full-scale audits and inspections as a qualified auditor and manage follow-up processes.
• Oversee and manage the IOSA program implementation across operational areas.
• Develop and maintain compliance monitoring function policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and external authorities on compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and disseminate information to ensure organizational alignment.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of aviation work experience, including 2+ years in safety or compliance managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of SMS and compliance monitoring principles (EASA, ICAO, IOSA).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Experience in management of complex projects and advanced PC skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
