Technical Delivery Manager (IoT)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives spanning software, hardware, and operational teams through live deployment across the locker fleet.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams, countries, and time zones.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Success to implement new capabilities in real markets.
• Plan phased rollouts, staged deployments, readiness checks, release calendars, deployment windows, and rollback strategies.
• Facilitate Go/No-Go and readiness checkpoints while driving decisions across scope, quality, timelines, and business priorities.
• Build and improve delivery workflows, governance, Jira structures, dashboards, reporting, and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a similar end-to-end delivery role.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teams, stakeholders, and overlapping dependencies.
• Experience with multi-stage delivery across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments, including rollout, rollback, production deployment, readiness, and sign-off processes.
• Proficiency in Jira workflows, issue structures, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
• Strong understanding of product development and software delivery lifecycles, with the ability to work across technical and operational teams.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, proactive risk management, and comfort working in fast-scaling environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with companies combining hardware manufacturing and software delivery, especially IoT, logistics technology, industrial technology, or mobility.
• Familiarity with OTA or fleet-wide firmware and software deployment.
• Experience supporting initiatives across multiple countries and operational environments.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices.
• Experience building trust and alignment across teams with different priorities.
