What you will do

• Implement and develop the Health and Safety System aligned with hirify.global strategies and priorities.
• Assure audits and ensure compliance with organization and government environmental health and safety standards.
• Track regulatory changes and design local initiatives to maintain compliance.
• Conduct pre-task risk assessments for high-risk activities and perform risk assessments for machinery and handling operations.
• Monitor, document, and report safety-related actions to management and field teams; ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Participate in near-miss and safety finding investigations and lead accident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• B class occupational safety certificate (preferably with production environment experience).
• University degree, preferably in Engineering fields.
• Advanced English written and spoken.
• Extended knowledge of local and global health and safety regulations.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both desk and non-desk workers.
