What you will do

• Serve as an EHS advisor to operations, engineering, and facility management teams.
• Drive the Improvement Safety Roadmap, including safety risk assessments and regulatory/policy compliance.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs to improve workplace safety awareness.
• Support the development and refinement of safety policies and procedures.
• Lead incident investigations and track safety performance indicators to drive improvements.
• Increase Safety maturity to an Independent level.

Requirements

• HVK (Hogere Veiligheidskunde) or similar safety education/certification.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in safety management or a technical engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).
• At least 15 years of health and safety experience in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor production.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch and EU safety regulations, including the Safety Act and Environmental Act.
• Fluency in English; Dutch knowledge is required.
