What you will do

• Ensure contractors and vendors comply with contract HSE requirements and applicable HSE laws, regulations, and codes.
• Represent the company with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct project-level risk reviews and maintain company-specific risk assessments.
• Develop and maintain project-level HSE procedures, presentations, and project management trackers.
• Review and evaluate incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Track and validate contractor HSE metrics; perform HSE observations and self-assessments, including using ISNetworld.

Requirements

• 3-10 years of construction HSE experience; renewables experience preferred.
• B.A./B.S. degree.
• CHST, ASP, or CSP.
• Working knowledge of industry regulatory requirements.
• OSHA 30 Construction; OSHA 500 preferred.
• Trained or willing to be trained in first aid/CPR.
