Regulatory Affairs & Quality Control Specialist

Regulatory Affairs & Quality Control Specialist (Food): Ensure regulatory compliance of hirify.global brands in accordance with TR and EU regulations on product formulation and labels, and establish food safety & quality systems with an accent on QC principles and high standards. Focus on conducting in-process checks, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and collaborating with production, R&D, and planning.

Location: Izmir, Turkey (onsite)

What you will do

• Ensure regulatory compliance of products with TR and EU legislation and hirify.global policies.
• Prepare documentation and maintain food safety & quality systems per group standards.
• Develop QC principles, conduct in-process checks, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Analyze root causes of quality problems and coordinate modifications.
• Review and update quality documentation and blueprints.
• Follow local regulations, share updates with teams, and participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and planning departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food regulations.
• Business fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with SAP.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, attention to detail, and team player mindset.
