What you will do
- Lead and grow a globally distributed web development team, mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement.
- Own the team roadmap focused on entity re-use and enterprise governance, and ensure successful execution with Product and Design.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions across Product, Design, Research, Infrastructure, and Security, aligning CMS/editorial experience with the broader ecosystem (APIs, entities).
- Oversee technical integration and scaling of content management features (Content Models, Collections, Locales) on .com with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Guide solutioning, coding, testing, and deployment; enforce best practices in architecture and testing.
- Manage day-to-day web development operations to cover maintenance and new feature delivery for continuous global web operations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading development teams with a track record delivering complex, high-impact technical solutions.
- Proficiency in web technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js; familiarity with headless CMS platforms (preferably ).
- Experience optimizing performance and scalability with complex content structures and large datasets.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Product, Design, Data, Engineering) to align technical work with business goals.
- Proven people management experience, including performance reviews, check-ins, and calibration sessions.
- Ability to mentor junior and senior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and quality in a distributed team.
