What you will do
- Own operational performance and KPIs across public sector contracts, diagnosing and resolving underperformance.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with commissioners and clients through proactive and credible communication.
- Analyze program performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for reporting.
- Lead remedial actions and present corrective plans to commissioners when performance targets are not met.
- Manage contract budgets, track spending, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Identify growth opportunities and build local partnerships to contribute to annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in contract management, program management, operations, or service delivery.
- Proven track record of owning KPIs and driving performance improvement.
- Experience managing commissioner or client relationships at a senior level.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to present insights confidently.
- Budget management experience, including tracking spend and reconciling against delivery.
- Must be able to travel regularly to contract areas including Manchester and Sheffield.
