What you will do

• Manage and grow client accounts while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and present creative ideas, project briefs, strategies, and campaign tactics.
• Lead social strategies, insights, monitoring projects, and cross-market campaign activation.
• Coordinate project plans, teams, deliverables, reporting, and quality control.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, client approvals, billing, and expenditure tracking.
• Monitor client markets, categories, customers, competitors, and relevant business issues.

Requirements

• Experience in account handling, creative development, or client-facing project management.
• Experience delivering digital and social campaigns and understanding social media’s impact on brands.
• Line management experience and the ability to lead project teams.
• Strong client relationship, communication, listening, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to resolve problems effectively and deliver projects on time, to budget, and to a high standard.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail, tact, discretion, and maturity.
