What you will do

• Perform deployment, configuration, and integration of security solutions into customer production environments.
• Conduct health checks, system optimization, and technical troubleshooting for existing clients.
• Manage technical escalations and drive resolution of complex issues in coordination with internal product teams.
• Maintain technical documentation including project plans, SOWs, and design specifications.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and consultative sessions for implemented technologies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pre-sales teams to identify customer needs and design appropriate service scopes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineer or System Administrator.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and corporate networking.
• Experience with MS SQL, Exchange, and cloud technologies.
• Degree in IT, MIS, or Computer Science or relevant industry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, CISSP, etc.).
• Ability to deliver services both onsite and remotely.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian or Arabic language.
• Experience with Linux OS and virtualization platforms (VMWare, Nutanix, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with security solutions like firewalls, encryption, and EDR/XDR.
• CCNA or equivalent networking certifications.
