What you will do

• Troubleshoot and stabilize fragile legacy production systems.
• Investigate infrastructure, performance, and availability-related incidents.
• Analyze complex environments with limited documentation to identify root causes.
• Provide independent technical assessments during critical production incidents.
• Support Microsoft SQL Server-based applications and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure operational stability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems administration, or production support.
• Strong experience with Windows Server environments and IIS.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with on-premises environments and virtual machine infrastructure.
• Strong networking background including DNS, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
• English level: B2 or higher.
