Salary: $159,000 – $180,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the platform’s core surfaces end-to-end, including onboarding, permissions, preferences, and reporting.
• Design systems-based primitives and patterns that ensure a cohesive user experience across all product verticals.
• Map user flows and journeys to shape intuitive interactions and resolve complex horizontal challenges.
• Establish direction using data and analytics to define success metrics and guide iterations.
• Utilize AI prototyping tools to quickly build proofs-of-concept for new product ideas.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, data, and GTM functions to ship cohesive products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep expertise in managing platform connectivity, such as onboarding, activation, or permissions.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about architectural constraints and data models.
• Experience with an AI-native workflow for rapid prototyping of product concepts.
• Metrics-driven mindset, leveraging customer interviews and product analytics for validation.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommendation, relevance, or ranking systems.
• Experience in regulated, data-heavy domains such as fintech or healthtech.
• Background working at a rapidly scaling, venture-backed startup.
• Experience building internal tools.
