What you will do

• Plan, shoot, and edit authentic video content showcasing daily life and team collaboration.
• Conduct interviews with colleagues to extract personal journeys and create compelling people stories.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to renovate the career page and highlight internal culture.
• Develop a comprehensive employer branding portfolio including new-joiner features and employee spotlights.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Communication, Media, Marketing, or related university program.
• Proven, hands-on experience in video creation and editing with a portfolio of work.
• Interest in human-centric copywriting and clear communication.
• Interest in using AI tools for branding tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Fluent in English.
