What you will do
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, groceries, and general logistics.
- Organize employee experience events such as birthdays, happy hours, and team-building activities.
- Support the onboarding and integration process for new hires and interns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, directing them to appropriate resources.
- Assist People & Culture with HR systems, benefits, payroll coordination, and communications.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or workplace experience.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems (SIRH) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Rotterdam.
