What you will do

Track, monitor, and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations.
Ensure adequate crew staffing to prevent shortages on the day of operation.
Monitor crew check-ins for flights and other duties.
Verify and enforce duty and flight time limitations.
Prepare operational reports and fill daily checklists.
Collaborate with other operational departments to ensure smooth flight execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
English: Fluent (C1) written and spoken.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
