Salary: Minimum gross monthly salary of €3,983.69 in Austria; compensation in other countries follows local market benchmarks and legal requirements.

What you will do

  • Analyze global supply chain and procurement performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate periodic management, corporate, and ad hoc reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and optimize procurement KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Monitor financial risks and support activities such as D&B monitoring.
  • Drive automation, digitalization, reporting consistency, and continuous improvement across international locations.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical education from a university, FH, HAK, or comparable institution.
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, supply chain management, or a comparable field.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong affinity for data and numbers.
  • Good written and verbal English required; ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP, SAP BW, Celonis, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Power Query, or similar analytical tools.
