What you will do
- Coordinate field-based engineers and technicians across multiple customer sites.
- Manage planned and reactive resource requirements.
- Support workforce planning, scheduling, and deployment activities.
- Track resource availability, assignments, outstanding actions, and plan status.
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to keep operations moving.
- Maintain accurate planning records and support continuous improvement across operations.
Requirements
- Experience in resource planning, service coordination, workforce scheduling, operations support, logistics coordination, engineering administration, dispatch, or control room environments.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Calm, proactive, and resilient approach in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidence communicating with a range of stakeholders and building relationships quickly.
