What you will do

• Support the Director of Exploration, Science and Human Spaceflight and project managers with project planning, organization, execution, and business management.
• Coordinate resource planning, staffing requirements, and project leadership activities.
• Develop and maintain project structures, work packages, and internal agreements such as Work Orders.
• Track schedules, action items, project progress, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support risk, change, claim, cost-to-completion, and project controlling activities.
• Organize project meetings and reviews, coordinate with industrial partners, and improve project management tools, processes, and templates.

Requirements

• Degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Relevant PMO or project management experience and familiarity with standard methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource management, and performance controlling across time, cost, and quality.
• Experience with risk management, configuration and change management, and cost estimation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive working style.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in international teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ECSS standards and related project management frameworks.
• German-language skills.
