What you will do

• Design and lead comprehensive Commercial Ops strategies to drive commercial success and operational efficiencies.
• Develop and execute structured change management initiatives to foster organizational alignment and adaptability.
• Own the Operations project roadmap, driving prioritization and assessing business impact.
• Manage and coach a team of operations professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Establish KPIs for Commercial Operations and deliver performance insights to leadership.
• Act as a central liaison between Product & Technology, Commercial, and Growth & Operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Operations or Project Management, including leadership in a global B2B environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading change programs and driving organizational transformation.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable, detailed project plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for delivering strategies to diverse audiences.
• Proven team management and motivational abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
