What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of an ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.
• Build and operationalize an Integrated Management System supporting multiple compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Drive the ISO 9001 certification programme and manage all certification readiness activities.
• Establish governance frameworks for document control, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Safety, Security, and Risk teams to govern critical business processes.
• Lead organizational change management to ensure the adoption of new quality workflows across the business.

Requirements

• Experience leading ISO 9001 QMS implementation from design through to certification.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, requirements, and implementation methodologies.
• Proven programme management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience creating quality processes within technology, software, or engineering organizations.
• Ability to work independently and establish structure in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in scaling technology companies or startup environments.
• Background in automotive, mobility, or telecommunications industries.
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 31000, or ISO 26262 frameworks.
• Experience working with OEM customers and customer-driven compliance requirements.
• Consulting background combined with hands-on implementation experience.
