What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of an ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System.
- Build and operationalize an Integrated Management System supporting multiple compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Drive the ISO 9001 certification programme and manage all certification readiness activities.
- Establish governance frameworks for document control, non-conformance management, and corrective actions.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Safety, Security, and Risk teams to govern critical business processes.
- Lead organizational change management to ensure the adoption of new quality workflows across the business.
Requirements
- Experience leading ISO 9001 QMS implementation from design through to certification.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, requirements, and implementation methodologies.
- Proven programme management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience creating quality processes within technology, software, or engineering organizations.
- Ability to work independently and establish structure in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in scaling technology companies or startup environments.
- Background in automotive, mobility, or telecommunications industries.
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, ISO 31000, or ISO 26262 frameworks.
- Experience working with OEM customers and customer-driven compliance requirements.
- Consulting background combined with hands-on implementation experience.
