What you will do

• Manage large and complex solution engagements ranging from $50k to over $3m in value.
• Oversee project delivery including schedules, risk mitigation, scope documentation, and customer acceptance.
• Manage all financial aspects of projects, including forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate project resources and personnel, including subcontractors.
• Implement change management processes and ensure projects remain on time and on budget.
• Drive incremental license and services revenue through direct customer interaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, ideally within Contact Centre, Telecommunications, or CRM markets.
• Proven IT Project Management experience managing complex solutions and budgets.
• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Full clean driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and Europe.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, open systems, and project management methodologies.

Nice to have

• Project Management Certification such as Prince2 or PMI.
• Certified hirify.global Engineer 7.x+ or exposure to hirify.global product suites.
