What you will do

• Drive revenue growth by accelerating the adoption of QNX platforms in key robotics, medical, and industrial accounts.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and internal R&D, Product Management, and Engineering Services.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of Field Application Engineers to foster technical excellence and collaboration.
• Architect and deliver technical demos, benchmarks, and design reviews for complex customer programs.
• Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and webinars to elevate market presence.
• Guide technical strategy in partnership with Regional Sales Managers.

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing technical sales or Field Application Engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in embedded systems, including RTOS, real-time programming, and C/C++.
• Strong customer-facing experience bridging engineering requirements with business objectives.
• Familiarity with Linux development and modern embedded toolchains.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% across the EMEA region.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with QNX technology.
• Experience in automotive, medical, robotics, or industrial markets.
• Knowledge of competitive RTOS solutions such as Wind River, Green Hills, or Vector.
