What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI-powered solutions across the product ecosystem.
• Develop agent-based architectures for intelligent task automation.
• Architect and build semantic data models to support diverse AI use cases.
• Apply spec-driven development practices to ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Collaborate with leadership on AI strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Expert-level proficiency with AWS and SQL.
• Proven experience with agentic programming and agent-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with spec-driven development.
• Experience with the Anthropic ecosystem (Claude, LLM-based tools).
• Ability to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with DBT and Amazon Redshift.
• Experience building semantic layers or data modeling for AI.
