What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end LLM orchestration and retrieval pipelines.
• Design embedding generation and chunking strategies for effective context window management.
• Build entity extraction pipelines to transform unstructured content into graph structures using entity resolution.
• Implement semantic search solutions, prompt engineering patterns, and agentic workflows for complex reasoning.
• Integrate graph databases with LLM platforms and develop AI evaluation frameworks.
• Measure and improve system performance using recall, precision, and faithfulness metrics.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development practices.
• Experience developing applications with LLMs and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Hands-on experience with vector databases and semantic search implementations.
• Familiarity with graph data modeling and knowledge graph concepts.
• Experience implementing evaluation methodologies for AI systems (precision/recall metrics).
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud services, specifically Spanner Graph.
• Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of entity resolution and graph-based reasoning techniques.
• Experience with observability tools for ML/AI systems and LLM cost optimization.
