What you will do

• Design and build scalable, complex microservices-based systems that integrate AI models.
• Bridge traditional backend systems with GenAI/LLMs to create next-generation applications.
• Collaborate closely with ML Engineers and Data Scientists to manage the full AI stack.
• Address production challenges including inference costs, latency, and system security.
• Contribute to open-source initiatives and internal AI development projects.
• Apply best engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases and data pipeline integration.
• Proven ability to build scalable APIs and microservices using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Must be based in Poland for remote or hybrid work arrangements.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases and streaming systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices.
