What you will do

• Define architecture standards for Generative AI solutions across multiple products.
• Develop and integrate end-to-end AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Build and evolve AI agents and multi-agent workflows to solve complex business problems.
• Implement robust security strategies to mitigate risks like prompt injection and data leakage.
• Lead POCs from technical ideation through to production transition.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 1 year in AI/ML projects.
• Proficiency in Python, Javascript, and React with strong API development skills.
• Solid experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Strong cloud-native development experience, preferably within the AWS ecosystem.
• Experience with MLOps, version control, and automated testing.

Nice to have

• Anthropic certification.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
• Background in the healthcare sector (Healthtech) and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure automation.
