What you will do

• Design and deliver production-grade AI solutions and agentic workflows from concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build high-quality, scalable software.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive initiatives end-to-end.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the evolution of AI standards and engineering practices.
• Influence the technical direction and AI culture of the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI-related roles.
• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level).
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
• Proven experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, and MCP Servers.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and the full ML lifecycle.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1 with high autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby or Django for integrations.
• Background in distributed systems or infrastructure-heavy products.
• Experience designing feature stores, embedding systems, or ML observability platforms.
• Familiarity with high-throughput backend systems and CI/CD improvements.
