Developer Engagement Representative (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Identify and engage with potential partners within the local developer community.
• Plan and execute online and offline community events, workshops, and initiatives.
• Manage programs from concept to completion, tracking milestones and outcomes.
• Support translation and localization efforts for regional communications.
• Develop a deep understanding of platform moderation rules and guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to refine and improve team workflows.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in Australia or New Zealand
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Deep understanding of the Roblox platform and community
• Good standing regarding platform moderation history
• Proactive mindset with a passion for supporting developer ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming communities or game jams
• Experience with virtual or hybrid event planning
• Early career or fresh graduate status
