What you will do

• Manage daily group treasury operations including fund collection, disbursement, and intercompany lending.
• Prepare treasury reports and monitor account balances to identify funding gaps or surpluses.
• Review employee expense reimbursements and third-party payment applications for compliance and budget control.
• Prepare accounting vouchers in SAP and perform month-end closing for the AP module.
• Conduct daily bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between financial records and actuals.
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external financial audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of PRC accounting standards, tax regulations, and treasury practices.
• Good command of written English.
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.

Nice to have

• Experience in AP, treasury, or general accounting.
• Background in MNC or foreign-invested enterprises.
• Fluent oral English proficiency.
