Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics (EMEA): Support Revenue Operations & Analytics for hirify.global EMEA business across UK, Italy, Spain, and Netherlands with an accent on sales pipeline forecasting, performance tracking, and operational processes. Focus on building CRM dashboards, driving forecasting accuracy, and partnering with sales leadership, Finance, and US-based teams.

Location: London (supporting EMEA business across UK, Italy, Spain, Netherlands). Willingness to work flexibly across time zones, including regular overlap with West Coast US teams.

T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) is building a next-generation advertising platform by integrating hirify.global, Vistar, and T-Ads.

What you will do

  • Act as primary RevOps & Analytics partner for hirify.global EMEA, owning sales analytics including pipeline forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance insights.
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, pacing, target setting, and seller compensation structures.
  • Build and maintain CRM dashboards and reporting for regional performance visibility.
  • Drive CRM governance, pipeline hygiene, and core operating cadences like pipeline reviews and QBRs.
  • Deliver actionable insights on performance, risks, opportunities, and support process improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and US RevOps counterparts for alignment.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Analytics, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting sales teams across multiple regions, with strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Analytical skills with Excel/SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Looker); experience with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations; global experience with US stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, data accuracy, clear communication of insights.
  • Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
