What you will do

• Manage and expand strategic relationships with EU Institutions in Belgium.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop leads across European bodies.
• Lead engagements with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, Directors, and procurement managers.
• Promote the full services portfolio, including framework contracts and managed services.
• Shape and respond to complex public tenders and proposals in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Drive the full sales lifecycle in compliance with public procurement rules.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience in sales or account management within IT consulting or technology services.
• Proven track record working with EU Institutions, international organisations, or government entities.
• Experience with public procurement processes (RfPs, framework contracts) and various delivery models.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and IT services in the public sector.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to navigate complex institutional environments and influence senior stakeholders.
