What you will do

• Ensure overall elevator system-level technical consistency and guide teams on risk assessments and root cause analysis.
• Govern system interfaces and manage technical requirements, including decomposition and allocation to subsystems.
• Create and execute system integration plans and Verification & Validation (V&V) plans.
• Manage technical change requests and perform interface checks during product lifecycle management.
• Collaborate across R&D teams and cross-functional organizations to drive successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry with a deep understanding of elevator systems.
• Fluent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience leading successful projects within an R&D environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
