What you will do

• Manage spare parts mechanical engineering and drawing updates.
• Provide technical support for product management, sourcing, and quality teams.
• Perform reverse engineering and validate supplier product quality requirements.
• Develop new manufacturing methods including 3D printing and CAM.
• Support manufacturing processes and techniques validation.
• Create business cases for engineering projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical area.
• Several years of proven experience in mechanical engineering.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing techniques such as machining, welding, and casting.
• Fluent Finnish and English skills (writing and speaking) are mandatory.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, Vertex CAD).
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural organization.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Hands-on experience in crane mechanics.
