What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and marketing agreements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to execute contracts essential for company growth.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage legal and regulatory risks.
• Maintain organized records of legal documents across multiple group entities and jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement legal processes, training programs, and playbooks to drive operational efficiency.
• Assist with special legal projects as required by the team.

Requirements

• Must have a current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• Substantial experience in contract management or legal analysis in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Proven ability to independently develop and implement legal processes and policies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shifting environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions and with cross-border commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms like Ironclad and e-signature tools like Docusign.
• Prior interest or experience in the cryptocurrency and fintech industries.
