What you will do

• Serve as a deputy to the MLRO and primary liaison with MAS and other regulatory bodies.
• Develop and implement AML/CFT policies and controls in alignment with MAS guidelines and global standards.
• Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports including PSA, FATCA, CRS, and tax filings.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed compliance into the product life-cycle.
• Provide daily support for sanctions, KYC, and blockchain alert resolutions.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to the Board of Directors and Risk Management Committee.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in compliance operations with exposure to regulatory requirements in Singapore and the APAC region.
• Deep technical expertise in current regulatory trends and emerging compliance standards.
• Tech-forward mindset with the ability to leverage automation and case management tools.
• Analytical and scalable thinking to simplify complex procedures.
• Pragmatic and commercial approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to complete mandatory in-person onboarding in Singapore.
