What you will do

• Serve as the local lead for the Global Operational Resilience Programme and represent resilience within the Business Risk and Conduct Committee (BRCC).
• Identify, validate, and document local Critical Functions (CFs) and their associated Disruption Tolerances (DTs).
• Develop and execute a multi-year integrated testing plan, including business recovery and crisis management exercises.
• Act as the subject matter expert for third-party risk management and outsourcing frameworks, chairing the local sub-committee.
• Coordinate local cyber security matters and information security controls, ensuring alignment with Group functions.
• Provide regular reporting on testing outcomes and remediation status to Group committees and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operational resilience, outsourcing, or risk frameworks.
• Experience working within a banking or heavily regulated environment.
• Solid knowledge of business continuity, crisis management, and scenario testing.
• Understanding of cyber and information security principles.
• Proficiency with management information tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience chairing governance forums.
