What you will do

• Support risk function to keep policies and standards up to date
• Prepare reports and presentations for upward risk reporting
• Document and maintain risk appetite and tolerance thresholds
• Monitor issues, incidents, and update key risk indicators
• Liaise with business to strengthen controls and address deficiencies
• Update annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) register
• Assist with vendor evaluation and management using GRC tools
• Manage ICT vendor inventory per EBA and DORA guidelines
• Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans
• Respond to audit requests on risk management topics

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English
• University degree in business administration, economics, or related quantitative field
• 5+ years in risk management in regulated environment, preferably financial services
• Operational risk management experience in financial services
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• Familiarity with payment industry regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize

Nice to have

• Experience with ICT/security frameworks (DORA, ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS)
