UX Designer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Partner with business units and internal customers to clarify requirements and translate needs into design solutions.
• Synthesize research and stakeholder input into high-quality mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Create development-ready user stories to support the implementation of design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, product teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and communicate design rationale clearly.
• Drive design work independently from concept through to delivery.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual and interaction design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and/or Axure.
• Experience designing for internal enterprise tools or complex operational workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (W2 only, no C2C).

Nice to have

• Experience in utility or other regulated industries.
